We leave the hotel early towards Urubici where we will discover the valleys formed by nature. Lunch in São Joaquim and stop to buy apples. Soon after, we will continue to the viewpoint of Serra do Rio do Rastro ( Rio do Rastro Sierra), and then we wil start  the descent of the mountain returning to Florianópolis.
